    For generating OTP, external partners need to call API by-passing customer mobile numbers. On receiving an API call, the OTP generation system will generate OTP on the requested mobile number and dispatch it to the customer.

    This API product journey is for those customers who are want to apply for a Credit card. Once the customer commences the journey, he/she will be taken through the following steps-

    The customer will be cross referenced on the partner platform with the existing customers on record who have applied or hold a credit card in the last 6 months basis their mobile number and PAN, with the Execute Dedupe API.

    The OTP is validated and basis the validation demographic is fetched for ETB customers

    The type of credit card that the customers wants to apply for is deduced with the help of Product Eligibility API. Eligibility is checked for the customer based on their income, age, gender, occupation type etc.

    Next, with the help of Execute Interface API the new-to-bank customer fills the application for Credit card, and an application reference number is generated, which needs to be used in subsequent API calls. 

    An in-principle approval is required of the customer once they fill the application, which can be done with the In-Principle Approval API.

    Once approval is granted, Document upload API is called to upload the required documents which is followed by calling the Final Interface API which processes the application and takes it to the final stage.

    Application Status enquiry can be called to know the status of the application
