The existing bank customer is checked based on the mobile number and PAN

An OTP will be generated for ETB customers.

OTP is validated and details of available offers is fetched

Customers can view the retail asset loan offer and can click the offer on the partner’s portal.

On the next stage, the loan applicant now must add the required banking details to their application to proceed. 

List of documents to be submitted by the customer will be displayed.

Next, the applicant must upload all the necessary documents on the portal and the system generated the Document ID

Post applying for a loan, customers can also track their application and get a clearer idea about disbursement, on the partners portal.

Some of the most known applications of this API are for sourcing Asset and other leads via digital platforms of DSAs, Aggregators and OEMs to name a few.
