Description : This API will confirm whether inputted Mobile is linked with Aadhaar Number based on the Aadhaar Reference Number. In this Mobile validation ADV service, the consumer application would send ADV reference number and mobile number, using this reference number Aadhaar number is fetched from ADV and passed for UIDAI authentication and in return would get confirmation from UIDAI whether the provided mobile number is the registered mobile number for that Aadhaar number or not.
