This API product journey helps with the offer Identification and Offer Details for customer's on different platforms for HDFC Bank's loan products. Once the customer commences the journey, he/she will be taken through the following steps:

  1. The Offer Availability API is called to identify if the customer is an ETB customer or not and check for the availability of the offer for the same customer. The identification happens via Mobile number and one of the three parameters : DOB/PAN/CIF ID
  2. Next, the OTP Generation API helps generate the OTP on the customer's mobile number.
  3. The OTP generated in previous API call is fed into the OTP validation API to fetch the customer's demographics and share the details of the available offer

Some of the most known applications of this API are with the Bank’s platform and fintech partners to offer credit product to their customers seamlessly.
